There are a number of people in my life, my parents in particular, who assert that it should be obvious from many factors (cosmological constants, order in nature, etc.) that there is a God. Some of these factors, more than others, do hold some weight to me and seem like at least a measure of evidence of a god or an order of things, but there is a tough gap to bridge to get from there to the particular Old/New Testament God of the Bible. In my mind, the resulting claim proofs don’t tend to follow super well. For instance, why does the location of the earth (goldilocks zone) necessitate Yahwah? I think the arguments tend to be that such a thing is what a loving God would do, but that feels pretty weak.
